Service Description

Each ONE HOUR developmental gym class includes a high energy warm up and 2 non-stop circuits for 45 minutes of action time! To keep them motivated and moving, we end class with a challenging obstacle course or ball handling activity to strengthen muscle groups, reinforce skills, and build confidence! This class format has been modified over the years to achieve the best, most effective class experience for your child!
